Refund Policy

At Lolo's Trends, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, our refund policy is designed to make returns simple and fair.

Eligibility for Refunds
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Refundable Items
  • Used or damaged products not caused by delivery issues.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items.

  • Customized or special-order items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  • Provide photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or incorrect).

Processing Time
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
